One day when Jimmy was about four years old he came up to me and said, "Mommy, I'm selling oranges."

"How much are you selling them for, honey?" I asked.

He said,"Ten cents," and put an orange down on the counter beside me.

"Tell you what," I said, "I'll give you a shiny quarter." After I gave him the quarter, however, he picked up both the orange and the coin and started walking away.

I said, "Hey, where are you going? I just bought that orange!"

He replied, "I know. You bought it for me!"
